Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
“No Show" Policy
If owner is not home when we arrive for a scheduled appointment, we will leave an invoice for payment of a minimum service fee ($80.00) at your door, to be paid within 10 days.
Returned Check Policy
Returned checks will be subject to a returned check fee of $20.00 or 10% of the grooming session charge, whichever is greater.
De-Matting Policy
Excessive dematting can be a very painful and dangerous process for your pet. We will not use "mat breakers" or other tools intended to pull apart, "break" or cut apart mats in an attempt to "save the coat". Rather, we will clip under mats with electric trimmers to remove them. We will assess each case individually and discuss options with you.
Pet Behavior and Stress Policy
For the benefit of both the pet and the stylist, we will not continue working with vicious or aggressive pets and may refuse service. If a pet is unusually upset, we may skip stressful procedures or take extra time for a “time out”. We will charge for any additional time needed. We may refer you to your veterinarian for sedation for your pet.
Pre-existing Conditions and Experiences
Your pet's safety and comfort are our primary concern. Please advise us of any allergies, sensitivities or pre-existing medical conditions. Also let us know of past negative grooming experiences. We want to avoid repeating any unacceptable experiences you may have had!
