Pre-Bath Combout
A very important step! All loose, dead hair must be combed out and all mats found and removed before wetting the coat. If this step is missed or done poorly, the coat will become even more matted during the bath!
This will be the time we may discover matting that can't be combed out without causing the cat a lot of pain. We'll discuss mat removal options with you if the need should arise.
